Forge Capital has numerous sources to choose from locally and nationwide. We are not affiliated with any one source, which allows us flexibility. Knowing your circumstances allows us to take your business to the appropriate sources that are interested in funding you.
HOW LONG DOES THE FUNDING PROCESS TAKE?
This depends on the various lending sources and their workload. Excluding mailing time, anywhere from 2 to 3 weeks.
HOW DO I KNOW WHAT INTEREST RATE I WILL BE QUOTED?
Lenders do not quote interest rates without first reviewing the loan projects they receive. Be assured the rates will be competitive, if not better than banks. As a rule, interest rates depend on the size of the loan, the type of loan, the degree of risk involved in the loan and the financial strength of the borrower. And of course, the prime lending rate.
HOW DO WE GET PAID?
WHAT TYPE OF REAL ESTATE LOANS DO YOU PROVIDE AND IN WHAT STATES?
We provide funding to experienced and active real estate investors only. We lend money in the areas of house flipping, rehabbing, and cash out refinancing throughout the US with the exception of the following states: AZ, CA, ID, MN, NC, ND, NJ, NV, OR, SD, UT, and VT.
We audit government records and help people recover their lost and missing funds. We are only paid when we are successful. We get paid a percentage of the funds recovered. Client receives the lion’s share of the funds.
ARE THERE ANY FEES OF ANY KIND PAID OUT BY YOU?
There are no upfront fees of any kind associated with you or any out of pocket costs. We only get paid when we are successful.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN WE CONTACT YOU?
We will provide information to you that only would be known to you from our detailed research. We want you to be comfortable, so a lot of the work has already been done by the time we meet. This allows you to get paid as quickly as possible.
